How do I ensure I'm ordering the correct size for my athletic gear?
Each product page features a detailed 'Size & Fit' guide. Since our performance wear is designed for a compression fit, we recommend sizing up if you prefer a more relaxed feel during your workouts.
What is Vali's return policy for worn items?
We offer a 30-day return window for all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used during physical activity or washed.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout for athletes who need their gear ready for an upcoming event.
Does Vali offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our sports gear worldwide. International delivery times vary by location but usually arrive within 7-14 business days. Please note that customs duties may apply depending on your country.
